Looks like a great recipe, but I have a question.
Is the "ounce" by weight or by liquid? And if liquid, I don't have 1 ounce measures, I have 1/8, 1/4, 1/2 cups and teaspoons and tablespoons. How about telling us the measures in tablespoon or in weight? I have a nice digital scale I use for all measuring. Since it's coconut oil, and it's usually hard, at least up here in Seattle, weight works as well as tablespoons or teaspoons. Thanks.

The weight is by solid measurements, and you should use a food scale to weigh it out. The coconut oil measurement says: "1 oz coconut oil, melted". The melted comes last, which means you should melt it after measuring. The recipe assumes the coconut oil is solid. The same goes for the coconut cream concentrate.

Popsicle recipes are very forgiving so you can give and take on the ingredients. I hope you enjoy it! Please feel free to let us know how you liked it or if you have any more questions. :)
