Servings: 6-8
Preparation Time: 3 minutes
- 1/4 cup homemade coconut mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup mustard (use your favorite kind)
- 1/2 cup raw honey
- 1/2 teaspoon Coconut Water Vinegar
Blend all ingredients together in a small bowl and drizzle over your favorite salad. Top with toasted coconut if desired.
