I'm amazed! My girls actually liked this! (Maybe it's because I made it for myself & and only offered them tastes - then they wanted their own!) Remarkably sweet and almost tasted like a shake with the frozen bananas. (When bananas get ripe quicker than we can eat them, I peel them, break them into 3rds and throw them in a ziplock in the freezer.) Also, from a different post on putting coconut oil in the smoothies, I learned to melt the oil first & add it by drizzling it in while blending so as to avoid clumps.

Another way to blend the coconut oil into your smoothie is do blend it with something room temperature - warm, first. If you are not using frozen bananas, it blends very well if you do the bananas and melted oil first. Also try blending it with ground flax seeds, protein powder, room temp coconut milk, etc. No clumps!

Sounds delish! I am making this today. I will be using coconut milk instead of cow milk though.
