Preparation Time: 5 minutes

Put everything but the oats into a blender and mix until well incorporated. Pour over oats and mix well. Cover and refrigerate overnight.

Do you not cook the oats in any way then? Or do the oats soak up the water enough to sufficiently soften them?

No cooking required. It thickens and gets wonderfully creamy and soft overnight. You can heat it up if you don't want it eat it cold though.

I want to try this. I have quick oats, and use splenda will it still work? Thanks sharon
