Yikes! I was reading about this delicious recipe and "bumped" my mouse and accidently clicked two stars on the rating scale. I haven't even tried them yet, but I'll bet there worth more than two stars!! How can I delete this? :-/

I made these today and they are delicious. One problem though. they won't stay together. Fell apart and had to pat them flat and let them harden, then broke into pieces. Love them, just can't get them into balls. Any suggestions?

Just had a thought, is the instant coffee supposed to be liquid or do you put in the granules? That might make a difference.

I need to know why mine didn't stay together. They taste great, but I couldn't get them to stay in a ball shape for anything. Collapsed as soon as I put them on the cookie sheet. Must be some way to get them to stick together. Thanks for any suggestions!!!

I think the issue is with the coconut flour. There is no liquid to work with this. I tried adding canned coconut milk to heat on the stove but it just makes a "roux". There must be a typo in this recipe.

Mine did not stick together either! I added more coconut oil and that worked but I'm sure there is a typo.

I'm thinking that this would of worked out better if I had melted the chocolate.

Mine is more like granola. Its not possible to spoon out onto a baking sheet.

***I agreed that there has to be a typo or a few minor things left out. But it sure does taste good. *I used organic sugar as a substitute for regular white sugar.
