RecipesChocolate Coconut Peanut Butter No-Bakes
Mix sugar, cocoa, coconut oil and milk in saucepan. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly. Boil for EXACTLY one minute (do not overcook). Remove from heat and stir in peanut butter and vanilla. When peanut butter is evenly spread throughout mixture, add the coconut. Stir to coat evenly. Drop mixture by spoonfuls onto waxed paper. Chill and store in refrigerator. Enjoy! Can't wait to try it. I buy one jar raw, unsalted almond butter, and one jar of organic (salted, roasted) peanut butter and stir them together. It's much healthier than just peanut butter, and not lacking in flavor.

I love this recipe, it makes a soft, fudge like cookie that takes only minutes to make. A nice way to take coconut and coconut oil too. :)

This recipe is very easy to make & a delish treat. For the sugar I used Rapadura. We're non-dairy so I replaced the milk with about 1/4 - 1/2 cup of coconut cream & the rest with Almond milk (could've used coconut milk as well I suppose).
My family is not convinced about (& still resist) using coconut in their diet, so a sweet treat like this is a good way to get it in them - while getting a thumbs up from them at the same time. Thanks for the great recipe!

These turned out great and everyone in the family raved about them. I will be making them often.
Like the other poster, I did not use whole milk. Instead I used 1/2 cup coconut cream concentrate and 1/4 cup almond milk.
