RecipesCoconut Chai Smoothie
Servings: 1
Blend together everything except the ice or banana for about 1 minute. Then add ice or frozen banana and blend until smooth. If you do not have Garam masala on hand, make your own by combining: 1/8 teaspoon ground cardamom, 1/8 teaspoon ground coriander 1/8 teaspoon ground cloves and 1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper. Recipe submitted by Anna, Robins, IA
I have some chai concentrate and am planning to use about 1/8 c. of that (2 T.) in this recipe, but will subtract the honey as the concentrate is quite sweet itself.

THANK YOU! So little medical help available on the thyroid. All standard medical advice is counterproductive to weight loss. Drinking 8 gl. water full of fluoride; swimming in chlorinated water; soy shakes, tofu, soymilk etc.; all harm thyroid and stall weight loss. Frustrating!
I will experiment with this recipe using it first as given, then with my favorite organic almond milk; and coconut milk: Hope in a glass!
