Creamy Coconut Fruit Salad

---

• 2 apples - diced
• 1 stalk celery - finely chopped
• 1 can crushed pineapple - drain most of juice off
• 1/2 cup flaked coconut
• 1/2 cup plain yogurt
• 1/4 cup coconut cream concentrate
• 1/2 cup walnut or pecan pieces
• 2 tablespoons honey - optional

Fold all ingredients together in a large bowl. Serve cold.
