Servings: 8 cups, 3 servings Preparation Time: 5 minutes
Soak the oatmeal in milk for a few minutes, or until the oatmeal softens. Mix it together with the other ingredients in a blender. Blend in 5-8 iced cubes depending on how cold you like your smoothie. Adjust ingredients to your taste and/or thickness. Recipe submitted by Jocelyn, Casa Grande, AZ
This sounds yummy and very healthy! But I have no idea what kefir is!

I could probably sub homemade yogurt from raw milk for the kefir right?

Rachel: Yes, you can. Just dilute the yogurt with a bit of water to get it kinda runny but still thick.
