Sweetened Condensed Milk

Yield: 14 ounces

1 2/3 cups instant powdered goat milk
3/4 cup granulated sugar
1/2 cup boiling water

Place all ingredients in a blender (adding water last). Blend until smooth and thick. Pour into a container, scraping every last bit out with a rubber spatula. Refrigerate until needed.
